(5) UHANS reserves the right to disqualify any Participant and/or revoke or forfeit any prizes at any stage of the contest with or without a prior notice at its sole discretion if:- a. Entry is incomplete and/or fails to fulfill and/or comply with all or any of the Terms and Conditions stipulated herein and any applicable rules and regulations. b. Participant breaches any of the Terms and Conditions or other rules and regulations of the Contest or violates any applicable laws or regulations; c. UHANS has, at its sole discretion, any reason whatsoever to believe that such Eligible Participant has attempted to undermine the operation of the Contest in any way whatsoever, including but not limited to fraud, cheating or deception. Notwithstanding the above, UHANS shall at its sole and absolute discretion disqualify any participation at any stage of the Contest and forfeit any prizes for any reason as it deems fit and reasonable with or without a prior notice.

If the winner cannot be approached on mobile number or email and no revert from the winner is received within 2 days after first attempted notification, UHANS may, at its sole discretion, give the winning prize to the next declared winner and the original winner’s entitlement to the prize will not be entertained.
